1922 : Creation of the G. Marchand & C. Kupfer company with an industrial and commercial aim for the repair and selling of all electric machines
1931 : G. Marchand sells his shares. The name becomes "Laborde et Kupfer"
1968 : Alsthom and the Compagnie Générale Electrique become major shareholders
1971 : Acquisition of the Vénissieux site where the manufacture of transformer windings is transferred
1976 : All transformer activity is now done in Vénissieux
1976 : Alsthom and the Compagnie Générale Electrique sell their shares to the Compagnie Electro-mécanique (CEM)
1983 : Alsthom rebuys shares of the company by becoming a major shareholder of CEM
1987 : The company takes the name LKR (Laborde, Kupfer et Repelec)
1989 : The mother company becomes GEC Alsthom
1997 : LKR becomes GEC Alsthom Maintenance Services
1999 : Selling of the transformer activity to Alstom T&D. The company takes up the name Transformateur Services Vénissieux (ALSTOM T&D TSV)
2002 : Merger of ALSTOM T&D TSV with the after-sales services of the french ALSTOM power transformer factories (Le Havre, St-Ouen, Petit Quevilly)
2004 : Rebuy of Alstom T&D by Areva T&D, ALSTOM T&D TSV becomes AREVA T&D TSV
2007 : After the LMBO, AREVA T&D TSV becomes an independant SMC called TSV (Transformateurs Solutions Vénissieux SA)
