The maintenance of the transformers is articulated around 5 axes :

• Oil analysis
  The oil physicochemical analyses enable our experts to make a diagnosis of the running order of the transformer & its liquid insulation, and to formulate if necessary an action plan.

• The oil treatment
  The oil treatment enables the improvement of the quality of the liquid dielectric, essential for the good running order of the transformer.
  
• The load tap changers maintenance
  The load tap changer, the only part in movement and submitted to the mechanical wear, is generally considered as a weak link of the transformer. Components have to be controlled and replaced regularly according to a clearly-defined maintenance schedule.
  
• The leakage repair
  The sealing of the transformer that is filled with mineral oil is in fact a crucial point as a long heating of the transformer can damage gaskets and therefore increase the risks of leakage. It generates not only risks for the transformer but also risks of pollution.
  
• The accessory maintenance
  The bushings, the protection equipment and the cooling parts are accessories that can require renovation and maintenance.

In addition to occasional maintenances and leakage repair, TSV supplies spare parts and adaptation kits, the destruction of PCB-polluted oil and the monitoring of whole sets of transformers, with fitted maintenance contracts.
